Creates standard images for physical servers, VMs and desktop virtualization as Serves as a server technology resource assigned
Supports provisioning and de-provisioning as needed
Provides Tier 3 support as needed
Works on projects as assigned
Supports the development of SOPs for the operations team, including but not limited to tasks such as server builds
Supports the documentation of overall data centre systems architecture (infrastructure focused)
Supports capacity planning and management as well as configuration management
Supports technology vendor and solution evaluations as assigned
Uses repeatable best practices in compliance with architectural standards and engineering methodology

Primary Experience - 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with:
Compute infrastructure design, deployment and management
Virtualization solutions (VMWare and Hyper-V)
Windows host environments and related technologies
Citrix solutions
Application virtualization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Secondary Experience
Solid understanding of VMWare and Hyper-V best practices
Solid understanding of Linus host environments where applicable
