Looking for someone who will lead the IT / ITES recruitment for our clients.
We are good to Hire people from the IT/ITES industry if they are willing to work with a Recruitment firm!
Knowledge of full recruitment cycle is a must. The applicant must have at-least recent 4+ years of recruitment experience out of the total experience.
Some of the must have are
# Extensive experience in hiring for the IT / ITES industry OR a IT/ITES domain expert.
# Experience in middle and top management hiring.
# Experience in Account / stakeholder Management .
# Must be number driven and a go getter!
# Experience in sourcing candidates from the job portals and social networking sites, specially LinkedIn.
# Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
# Excellent leading, convincing and interpersonal skills
# Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A
