Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of learning roadmap and frameworks
Support in the review of training policies and the Learning Management System (LMS)
Administer the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify learning gaps, recommend learning programmes and work with training vendors to address skills gaps of the organisation
Provide support in the administration for staff training process eg: course registration, maintenance of records, training bonds and grants administration, course billing, post course review, training programme evaluation and etc
Track and monitor the utilisation of learning places and learning hours.
Forecast, manage and track the training budget
Review and update the Training Directory and related repositories
Organise the staff orientation programme
Support the maintenance of training assets and ensure smooth operations of training
facilities
Support training partners in training delivery for the community care sector
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holder of relevant filed
Minimum 3 years of working experiences
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Meticulous and a keen learner who is able to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Prior work experience in Healthcare or training admin will be an added advantage
