As a HR Executive, your key responsibilities include:
Manage work pass applications / renewal / termination. Tracking and monitoring all relevant work passes and applications. Able to manage available quotas, etc of all passes.
Liaise with MOM and relevant governmental bodies.
Training registration for onboarding on food hygiene, etc.
Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Handle all worked related HR employees queries
Data administration into Prosoft system and ensure accuracy
Maintain and update staff records
Execute and coordinate the annual performance appraisals exercise
Participate in all HR related projects and activities such as staff engagement, etc.
Assist in recruitment exercises
Perform other general administrative / HR duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant HR working experiences in the related field
Possess fundamental understanding of Employment Act, HR policies and procedures
Experience using Prosoft System would be advantage
Effective verbal and written communications skills
A self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
