As a HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE, your key responsibilities include: Recruitment
  • Brainstorming and implementing of recruitment and retention strategies for different tiers of employees.
  • Coordinating and advertising of job positions through various mediums.
  • Drafting of job descriptions and competencies for different tiers of employees (HQ and operations).
  • Screening and hiring of potential applicants, conducting reference check where necessary.
  • Initiate recruitment drives and fairs with WDA, e2i, CDCs etc.
  • Liaising with schools on possible opportunities for internships, traineeship and management trainee programs.
  • Recruiting through new initiatives, inclusive of mobile applications.
  • Designing and implement career progression plans for staff.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Reviewing and designing a competitive compensation and benefit framework for staff at both operational and management level.
  • Derivation of salary guideline for both HQ and operations staff.
  • Variable Bonus and Annual Increment Proposal for HQ.
Employee Communications
  • Creation of a staff benefit handbook for both HQ and operations.
  • Implementing orientation for new hires, designing of orientation content.
  • Develop a HR policy for HQ and operations, ensuring it is aligned across the organization.
