As a Human Resource Executive, your key responsibilities include:?

Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels,
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility,
Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit,
Arrange Training with selected candidates,
Work pass application when necessary,
Complete other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Candidate with training and development experience is advantageous.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
