Vacancy Open in Mumbai For Sales Administration Executive
Keeping record of all dispatches.
Tracking & informing Sales Team & Distributors/ Customers about consignment status.
Interaction with Customers/ Distributors day to day basis for material receipts status & confirmation.
Interaction with Couriers / Transporter with respect to dispatches.
Forward invoice copies to Sales team / Distributors along with Post dispatch details.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
