Work with planning team on assortment planning, work with design team for product sampling and costing, range building, range selection, raise orders, follow up on initial and pre-production sample approval, track shipment, prepare technical information sheets for product training, conduct market research to arrive at competitor benchmarks on product range and price, work on pricing and gross margin goals, track sell thru at item level and store level

• Establish vendor base, set up quality standards, manage product development and entire procurement cycle.
• Experience in managing procurement of Stainless Steel products and of other food grade materials. Extensive product knowledge and related compliance rules. Up-to-date with latest manufacturing technologies.
• Find factories. Get best quality standards. Competitive prices. Fulfill order requirements in a timely manner. Maintain all needed industry compliances.
