Vacancy Open in Kolkata For Facilities and Admin Manager
Job Description:
    1. Building maintenance and up keeping (currently around 45,000 sq.feet infrastructure across 3 buildings and in progress with another 10,000 sq.feet).
    2. Coordination with Govt authorities (KMC and others such as fire license/NOC, lift license, generator registration formalities and security).
    3. Renewal of all licensing work with the concerned government departments under the provisions of labour laws applicable to the factory.
    4. Purchase of office furniture, fittings, sanitary ware, electrical fittings, fire-fighting equipment, pantry supplies etc and monitor its use.
    5. Vendor management, AMCs and renewal (ACs, fire-fighting equipment, Lift etc).
    6. Facility management/Housekeeping and Pest control services.
    7. Pantry management, Security management.
    8. Execution of health and safety policies in consultation with HR.
    9. Business continuity plan-security and preventive maintenance.
    10. New facility build outs and storage systemsSalary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
