Vacancy Open in Hyderabad For Service Engineer
1. Visiting Customer sites independently for providing After sales support including Installation & Commissioning, Trouble shooting & attending Warranty calls for Vacuum pumps & Pumping Systems.
2. Achieving revenue targets by generating oil & service business.
3. Managing Customer relationship & creating Company's brand image amongst Customers through utmost service orientation.
4. Providing Technical Training to the Customers in handling our products.
5. Handling Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting of Vacuum pumps & pumping systems.
6. Preparing & submitting appropriate Service Reports to the Manager.
7. Making Courtesy Visits to the existing Customers & making joint visits with Sales Team whenever required.
8. Handling all the commercial activities like Offer preparation for Oil, Service & Spares business, tracking the order execution & following up for payment collection.
