Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing Profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Linkdin)
Screening resumes to check whether the Skill sets matches the Requirements given by Our Client.
Performing phone interviews with candidates.
Check for the candidates willingness for the Interview and processing them.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers & Candidates.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
