Description
The Project Manager will provide time limited services in order to ensure the project is effective in immediately saving lives and reducing risk across up to six (6) Domains: Incident Management for Early Crisis Response, Jurisdictional Recovery, Bio surveillance, Information Management, Countermeasures and Mitigation, and Surge Management. Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to agreed-upon scope, timelines and budgets. This individual also tracks to closure critical tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule.
REQUIRED:
Project Management; Expert, 5+yrs.
SSRS+Oracle Skill level Advanced.
Experience leading successful software implementation and data migrations projects - 5+yrs.
Experience establishing and leading stakeholder committees; experience working with federal stakeholders a plus
Ability to manage large project teams
Ability to coordinate with internal and external parties to collect data and meet requirements
Ability to navigate political issues with the project
Able to manage project risks
Ability to track and prepare reports on project risks, both verbally and in writing
