January 2018 Vacancy Open For technical support jobs in delhi We are looking for a young, bright, passionate and enthusiastic Female Tele-caller or Technical Support to implement and coordinate with a team of experts BDM-TEAM. As a Female Tele-caller or Technical Support, you will work closely with BDM-TEAM and use your diverse knowledge in day to day activity of business process. An ideal Female Tele-caller or Technical Support individual must have excellent communication skills & perfect in accent & would be a smart, self-driven, outgoing professional. Responsibilities:

• Should perform daily activity of vendor & client calling.
• Should give support to team of experts BDM-TEAM.
• Should be excellent in mass mailing, job postings and other related activities.
• Qualification should be higher in any degree.
• Must be female candidates & should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be proficient in MS Office (Power point, excel & Word).

Required Skills:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in BPO or Other IT-industry (International preferred.)
• Location: Noida
• Shift timing: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (Night shift).

Notes: Communication skills must be excellent with perfect accent.
