Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out effective management of the department’s employees in accordance with the store’s organization policy;
Organization of the implementation of the sales plan.
- Set work tasks for department managers and monitor their implementation;
- Conduct accounting and analysis of the unit’s working hours;
- Ensure and monitor compliance by employees with the rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation, electrical safety, fire safety, internal labor regulations.
- To carry out the process of selection and motivation of staff in the unit;
- To carry out the process of adaptation and training of group managers and unit employees, contributing to the development of their skills, as well as personal and professional growth;
- Organization of loading and unloading; terms of delivery, storage and transportation of goods; Monitoring the correct and timely processing of incoming deliveries of goods in accordance with the safety requirements and company rules, including the company's requirements for the quality of incoming deliveries, and monitoring the reflection of deviations from requirements in relevant computer programs;
- Optimizing the performance of the movement of goods, ensuring that the level of inventory in the store meets the needs of customers
- Participation in the
