- Single Point of contact for all HR issues at Gujarat Branches
- Manage Branch HR operations and daily transactions for all Gujarat Branches
- Manage end to end Hiring at Gujarat Branches
- Manage administrative interventions and ensure process and policy is followed at the branches
- Conduct New Joinee Induction at the branches
- Deliver Employee Engagement initiatives as directed by HO
- Manage HR Operations related to on-boarding, exit and compliance for the Gujarat Branches
- Ensure organization's culture and values are maintained at the branches.
- Ensure office decorum and discipline is maintained at all branches
- Ensure timely closure of Goal setting, Midyear and Annual appraisal at the branches.
Preferred Candidate:
- Should have experience in recruitment for NBFC or Banks
- Should have worked in Branch environment
