Job Description
* Expertise inrecruitment(1-4 yrs.)
* Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
* Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
* Should have had worked on major job portals like Naukri,moster and timesjobs & social networking tool and other classified job's.
* Ensuring a good offer to join ratio.
* Excellent Communication Skills, good convincing skill, analyzing skill and market analyzing skill.
* Should be target driven and able to handle pressure.
* Should be a self-motivator and work as a independent contributor
Good knowledge of work dynamics of working on client recruitments any IT/Non IT and Full time or contractual positions. Must be from recruitment firm or consulting firm only.
Location: - Noida
Shift timings 9am-6pm, [5 days working]
Salary as per youre your experience.
