Job Description:
Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with the client until closure. (End to End)
Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Report on sales activities to superiors through the scheduled reporting structure.
Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to the market.

Good communication/ convincing skills.
Good knowledge about all the locations of Mumbai.
Must have good analytical skills
Positive attitude for meeting new people
Someone who enjoys doing sales
Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects
Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions
High levels of passion and ownership
