Market company bench consultants for US Staffing Business.
Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
Establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis should know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals, networking sites that would suite the bench consultants.
Required to interact with the clients and submit the profiles
Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates for each position
Excellent Communication (WRITTEN AND VERBAL) and willing to work PST timings.
Should be comfortable making cold calls and follow-ups on a regular basis and increase the PRIME VENDOR list
