Manage backend operations related to Health and Life insurance
Deep knowledge of Health/ Life insurance
Evaluate various insurance plans and suggest the best insurance plan to the Advisor that is suitable for the client.
Scrutiny and verification of documents and other checkpoints
Ensuring adherence to the laid down processes and regulatory guidelines
Providing adequate information to the client and the advisor as and when required.
Assist in claims management by streamlining and handling claims from start to end.
Manage insurance data for reports. Preparing and maintaining related reports and documents
