- Must have strong SAP technical, configuration and Business Area knowledge in SAP PM/CS modules.
- Must be able to configure the module assigned at a Project level for maintenance, repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking,
- Must be capable of configuring and handling scenarios related to Returns Processing and integration with SAP Sales Order processing
- Knowledge in Finance aspects to track costs of Maintenance and repair, details of Maintenance and repair and final invoice to customer must be there.
Resource must have worked extensively in SAP PM and SAP CS modules and has taken care for all integrations and interfaces needed for below scenarios
- Breakdown Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance
- Refurbishment Maintenance
- Calibration Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance
- Evaluate Initial Service Call
- Execute Field Service
- Execute External Direct Ship Repair
- Execute Internal Component Repair/3rd Party Depot (including Intercompany Repairs)
- Execute External Non-Direct Repair (Subcontracting)
- Plan Component Maintenance
- Repair contracts that include standard repair prices using repair levels, payment terms, turn-around times etc.
- Selling spares (new, used, and refurbished) directly to the customer. It also includes replacement for irreparable/uneconomical repairs.
