Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
1. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
2. Fluent in English, and relevant local / regional language.
3. Should be able to work with a Team.
Good at Computers.
4. Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
5. Promoting the products
Customer follow-up
6. Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
7. Make sure that telephone system works smoothly without interruption.
8. To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
9. To generate more leads from prospective / existing customers.
10. To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
11. Attend training programs on product development and schemes, regularly
12. Relevant years of experience : 1 to 2 years
Reporting to Team Leaders
13. Minimum 12th standard pass & with good knowledge into insurance product.
14. Salary in between 15k to 18k or based on current CTC.
