- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of already acquired top accounts to ensure the committed deliverables.
- Managing end to end campaign of the clients to ensure delivery and results well within agreed standards.
- Closely monitoring the delivery and analyzing the campaign performance.
- Taking corrective action basis the response analysis , work closely with sales operations and customer delivery team where needed.
- Expand the relationships with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement.
- Developing multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations.
- Full grasp of 99acres products and content to effectively pitch and answer client queries.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
