HR Recruiter/HR Executive:-
1.Sourcing candidates according to relevant job criteria using job portals, internal database, networking, recruiting firms and employee referrals
2.Job postings on Portals
3.Internal Job Posting
4.Scheduling Interviews
5.Database Management
6.Responsible for managing employee relation.
7.Responsible for managing company's recruitment.
8.Should have pleasing personality and should be proficient in communication.
IT Counselor/ Public Relation Officer/ BDM:-
1.Excellent communication skills,Should be presentable.
2.Be,Pro active
3.Good convincing skills.
4.Basic knowledge of IT Modules.
5.Client relationship - existing clients
6.Growth oriented PR, tie ups with clients
7.Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
8.Liaising with and answering queries from individuals and other organizations.
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
