Job Summary
Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise and existing customers(Internal & External).
Should generate leads and bring business to the company.
Build and maintain relationships with the customers.
Briefing property details & fixing appointments & site visits.
Maintaining Calendars & Schedules for appointments of every Client.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a motivated, target oriented, person to set monthly sales target.
Handling calls, Call prospective clients and explain project.
Follow ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales.
The person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.
Maintaining Good Relation with Sales team, Customers and Others in organisation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Required 0-1 years' experience in Sales, Marketing.
Preference can be given to the Candidates having prior experience in Tele-calling, Telesales & lead generation.
Previous Customer Service industry experience preferred,
best if having real estate experience.
Must have good communication skills.
Responsible for developing relationships with new customer.
Excellent Communication Skills English, Hindi, Telugu Preferred.
