Recommendation of technical help through easy steps, Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing and enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills.
Software or Service packages to be sold
Salary date on 1st of every month
Appraisal - 15-50 increment after 9 month
Referral and joining bonus

6 Working Days. One Rotational OFF
Timings:
Night Shift (US) 08:00PM TO 06:00 AM
Desired Profile-
Candidates with 6 months experience in International Outbond Tech process are preferable.
Excellent Communication skill with very fluency in English
Should be Minimum 18 years of age
Should be able to close calls.
Should be confident, positive, full of energy
Should be Minimum 12th pass
