? Handling different kind of job portals.
? Sourcing CV/Resume of candidates from various job portals.
? Researching on the candidates background & understanding the position requirements before pitching to the candidate.
? Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations & identifying the right candidates according to their skills and interests.
? Academic adviser will be responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students/working professional
? Candidate will be recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students/working professional.
? Provide counseling and advise the students regarding various courses, products, application process
? Ensure higher conversion by being a single point of interface with all students
? Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students. Support enrollment process.
? Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads from referrals and other sources & Ensure best service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager.
? Provide counseling to walk in customers & achieve enrollment through counseling (If required). Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals. Maintain confidentiality of data.
