? Provides high level os support and optimization while assuring implementation of reviews with proper resolution while taking care of technical challenges as well.
? Build presentations and document technical requirements and interactions regarding the products to external and internal users.
? Guarantee the technical aspects of publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance with highest accuracy.
? Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
? Test, conduct quality assurance and validate for technical feasibility and product launch
? Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and our Business Solutions teams.
? Sound knowledge about companys product and applications so as to assist users, employees and clients , if faced any issues.
? Respond to technical concerns and problems, ensuring smooth implementation and launch.
Required Skill Sets:
Post graduation mandatory with good academic record
Freshers with very good communication skills can be considered as well.
Well versed with MS- Office
Sound technical background with hands on latest digital technologies.
Pro-active, Self motivated approach towards accomplishment of the assigned tasks.
Open for Travelling (schools and other educational institutions visits )
