Job Description
1. Responsible for the completion of assigned NPD projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Status reports and works closely with suppliers to effectively manage the project activities.
2. Supporting reviewing the product design, manufacturing processes validation, and materials selections according to the original design specification and target cost.
3. Liaising and communicating with the international client project leader and PRC NPD managers for related client project. Regularly makes presentations and communicate on project status with global project team.
4. Drive process continuous improvements and support on quality issue analysis.Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BE)
- University Degree in Mechanical, Materials Manufacturing or other related engineering disciplines
Working Experience:
- 4 years +
- Experience in hot forging is preferred.
- Others manufacturing process knowledge or experience in: die casting, powder metal, injection, metal process is required.
- Experience in CPK, SPC, DMAIC, PCP and other process control/improvement tools and techniques.
- Experience in process improvement, GK, DFM is a bonus.
