Primary Summary:

• The associate will assemble metal components of various gauges and dimensions and spot weld for stress and position, according to design specifications and company quality standards, using a resistance spot welder.

• Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment to cut, bend, shape, and form metal parts.

• Follows standard operating procedures in the production/assembly process according to design specifications, company quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Visually inspects the unit before passing to the next cell.

• Fully engages with team and other associates to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement in the plant.

• Performs other duties, provides support and coverage on all operations online as requested by the supervisor.
