Job Description

IIBC is a business consulting & immigration company located in Saskatoon, Canada. For one of our clients we are currently seeking roofers for 2 years employment contract to work on residential projects, new and renovations, as well as commercial in the greater Edmonton area. Wage CAD$26.80 per hour, 32-40 hour work per week. Full time employment. Required Competencies: - Minimum of 3 years shingling experience is required. - Work on sloped roofs - Install asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, metal roofing and other roofing products on new roofs and renovation work - Install roof flashings and custom sheet metal work - Work with hand and power tools is required - Safe and competent - Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment - Install various types of roofing material on new residential and renovations as required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Must possess excellent customer service skills - Time management skills are required - Able to handle weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs) - Able to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment-able to work at heights - Be able to plan and organize job tasks - Able to perform service repairs on roofs as needed - Clean drivers abstract - Safety tickets required include: CSTS and Fall Protection - Able to read and speak English Educational requirements: - Completion of secondary school is required.
