The role
The developer will play a vital role in our clients DWH solution. Using your skills in database programming, ETL and DWH, youll help transform business requirements into optimal ETL implementations. Youll support the current code base and improve systems. Youll need hands-on experience of developing complex T-SQL stored procedures, ETL and relevant code in a MS SQL Server and Windows environment.
The main focus will be developing the company DWH solution.
Requirements (essential)
Building and maintaining and optimizing stored procedures, database and ETL processes
Working at all levels of development from analysis through to implementation and support
Be able to guarantee the success and quality in released products
Ability to participate in on-call shifts at weekends
DWH experience (at least five years experience in SQL development)
Analytical thinking and pro-active approach
Ability to transform requirements into models and processes
Organised, with ability to work independently
Multi-tasking and context-switching between different activities
Experience of T-SQL, SQL 2012 (or higher, MS SQL Server and MS SQL BI tools (SSxS)
Requirements (desirable)
I-gaming experience
Certificate in MS SQL Server
