Will report into the OD Manager and work closely with the Head of OD who is also a Director in the company, along with Shahis Global Sustainability Partnerships Advisor (London and New York) and other stakeholders internally.

Will be a key member of the OD team and contribute across all of its projects. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing project management support on various CSR, sustainability and worker wellbeing programs, as per requirement Conducting secondary research, analysing the apparel industrys sustainability trends and innovations to make recommendations on sustainability strategy and new projects Writing blog and press articles around ODs initiatives and pitching media articles Tracking national and global sustainability events which Shahi should be attending Creating presentations and concept notes for internal and external stakeholders Co-ordinating with OD team across Delhi and Bangalore to collate and write the OD newsletter Strengthening internal communications and information sharing around sustainability
