Job Description
MANAGING PEOPLE TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Set targets, rigorous performance plans for sales Executives, Business Development Officers local, international and overseas
Meet with each personnel one-on-one monthly for:
Review of performance, progress, and targets.
Coach individuals for their telephone skills, Sales Talk, prospecting assistance to help them improve sales performance.
Plan and implement training programs.
Deliver Deep performance reviews for each individual once every quarter.
Counsel, support, discipline, and recommend termination of underperforming sales representatives.
Plan and preside over monthly sales review team meetings
Hold team-building activities and events. Unite the team and ensure executives work as a positive unit and share their best talent.
Plan and participate with HR to hire new high performing sales personnel.
Oversee and support local and international sales personnel.
Motivate and engage the sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative commission or incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition.
Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.
PROSPECTING AND LEADS MANAGEMENT
Develop a scalable sales process and ensure executives adhere to it correctly.
Prospect and generate own sales leads and inquiries and convert them into sales.
Monitor and Distribute sales inquiries and leads received from various channels and distribute them to proper salesperson
Periodic forecasting of the sales as per executives, regions, and countries.
Work through CRM for inquiries tracking.
CLIENT RETENTION:
Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance relationships.
Build an ongoing relationship with new and returning clients
