Sales Executive & Sales Representative - Chennai(fmcg)
1. Achieving Primary and Secondary sales target.
2. Updating Distributor Investment and related activities
3. Involved in frequency of coverage of the market
4. Reporting of the damage stocks and market claims.
5. Updating with Daily Market Report
6. Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales for the assigned region (Retail / Institutions / Modern trade).
7. Responsible for increasing distribution in the region by outlet expansion.
8. Responsible for Brand Promotional activities and building brand image.
9. Responsible for appointment of promoters in the region.
10. Enlistment of company's products in Modern Trade / Retail outlets.
11.Responsible for pack wise penetration in the given region for all SKU's as per company policy.
12. Responsible for competitor analysis and increase Retail market share of the company.
13. Timely addressing of consumer complaints / issues / problems if any.
14. Appointment of Distributors/Super Stockist & Distributors handling
15. Responsible for Distributors Primary billing
For Sales Representative:
1. Achieving Secondary sales target.
2. Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Promotions activity.
3. Responsible for identifying client needs while researching ways to improve the quality of their services.
4.Handling Channel sales
5.Responsible to achieve distributors sales target
6. Appoint new sub-dealers
7. Develop retail channels in rural market
8. Conduct market promotional activities
9. Ensure proper merchandizing done at all outlets
