We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate, Training & Development to join our team to create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for our client as per needed and manage to do sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Tele calling & Follow up with emails and calls.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Connect with customers, build customer network and cultivate repeat business.
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and clients.
