Trimble is hiring a Regional Senior Human Resources Manager to fill an opportunity in Tecate, Mexico.
Job Summary:
Trimble is seeking a strong Latin American Regional HR leader for both strategic and day-to-day HR functions including: employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, labor relations, and managing reward systems. The Regional HR Manager supports all Trimble businesses in the geographical region in areas of compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, training and organization development. Incumbent also develops, implements, and monitors effective HR systems and provides responsive support and advisory service to all employees, managers, and other employees from worldwide offices, as necessary. This position will be based in Tecate, Mexico and provides regional HR leadership for all Trimble divisions and will report into a Senior HR Leader in the US.
Primary Responsibilities:
Participates in developing global company, division and department level HR strategies, plans, and systems that support business goals and objectives.
Recommends approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvements in business efficiency.
Resolves employee relations issues with a systematic approach to determine root causes, and applies solutions consistent with legal requirements and Trimble philosophy.
Experience with employment legislation, principles, and compliance practices in Mexico;
Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and execute on HR processes as needed across the region
Manages and coordinates the implementation of staff training, development activities, and performance management systems. Facilitates organization, leadership and employee development efforts.
Provides oversight of Talent Acquisition functions regionally. Involved in international relocations, immigration and expatriates. Coordinates recruitment for positions, including internships and contingent workforce; oversees onboarding processes, monitors career de
