Designation: Associate Staffing Analyst

Office Location: Nagavarpalya, Bangalore (Near Tin factory/CV Raman Nagar/Grand Mall More Supermarket)

Experience: BA/BBA/Bsc/Bcom 2019 freshers only

Offered CTC: Upto 1.5 lpa + Incentives

Work timings: 09:30 to 6:30 PM on weekdays ; 09:30 to 2:00 PM on Saturdays

Job Description:

a) Connect with potential hires everyday by making assigned number of calls to leads

b) Ensure good line-up on all drive days

c) Ensure maintenance of CRM according to company policy

d) Follow-up with candidates to ensure selected candidates join

Job Requirement:

a) Only BA/BBA/BCom freshers

b) Good communication skills

c) People skills and selling skills

d) Discipline and eager to learn

Joining: Immediate
