This position will support the Global Corporate Transaction team and Real Estate department as a whole by sourcing deals for the real estate pipeline and helping with the E2E process of acquisition/leasing of deals in the region.
Sourcing of deals in locations identifies as prime by Selina
Planning, structuring, and closing real estate transactions.
Follows up on and reviews the draft and review transactional and corporate legal agreements and documents
Proper maintenance of the corporate database for clients.
Relationship management with all RE Stakeholders
Team management of all RE hunters, analysts and managers.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years relevant experience (Retail Real Estate/leasing)
A minimum of 3 years prior experience in leading a Retail Real Estate Department.
Demonstrated track record of all aspects of commercial real estate from site sourcing, negotiations, closing the deal, contract management, etc
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated business acumen including budgeting and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects & deadlines in several jurisdictions
Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships/partnerships with internal and external partners
Ability to travel as necessary (approx. 50-75%)
Computer proficient (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
Demonstrated ability to coach and manage a team to success.
Experience in hospitality/tourism industry (preferred).
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to navigate among diverse tasks
Leadership
Ability to manage time and responsibilities
Knowledge of English is mandatory (written and oral) other languages are a Plus
