Location: Mexico City, Guadalajara (possibly open to other locations in the American timezone within 5 hour flying radius of Los Angeles)
Contract Position (May turn into FT)
Remote, with some travelling required

WANDR is an award-winning Product Strategy and UX design firm that solves business problems while creating memorable brands for our clients. We have a proven design process and methodology that our projects follow for different types of clients ranging from bootstrapped startups to Fortune 500 companies.
With each new project, you will be working in a collaborative team environment with a Product Designer and a Visual Designer. This is a critical role in our company, as we expect our Product Strategists to be leading important strategic discussion for our clients. We are an agile team, so we expect our Product Strategists to be able to commit to tight deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD (We do NOT use photoshop)
- Own a Macbook
- Problem Solver; Able to think strategically, logically, and articulate your solutions
- Passion for creativity
- Strong design portfolio & background. Must have experience in Enterprise Saas (Preference for SAP, IBM, Adobe product design employment background)
- Must have 5 years + of design in enterprise software
- Experienced using Slack, AirTable, Trello, and other project software tools
- Ability to identify the core problem and interpret any given source data
- Ability to articulate process and reasoning behind design decisions
- Time management skills
- Fluent English
- Pass our UX design test
- Eligible or able to come to the USA to fly in for clients as needed
