PART TIME/FULL TIME
Job Description:
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting (recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection & onboarding potential candidates). He/She will also help us develop and execute suitable recruitment strategies w/ our company.
Job Requirements:
• Should be connected w/ large groups of people & has wide network connections
• Above average English communication skills
• Can communicate in local language
• With a great personality and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to unconventional ways of recruiting
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft & Google tools (eg. excel, sheets, etc)
• Work in a goal driven environment, perform all tasks within the defined timeline, responsive even during off office hours
Technical Requirements:
• Personal PC/Laptop
• Fast & reliable internet connection (needs to have a backup plan when experiencing latency issues)
• Skype & PayPal acc.
