Office Manager - Job Description
Summary:
Your role as Office Manager will be to oversee all operational processes and ensure the Teremarkets team is achieving our goals. You will be directly responsible for holding yourself and the team to a high standard, fostering an efficient work environment, financial bookkeeping, and handling all aspects related to human resources. On a daily basis you will communicate with the Project Manager on how the operation is progressing, and how we as a team plan on hitting our goals each day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Office management: ensuring our team is thriving in all areas of the operation
Human Resources Management
Budgeting and Financial Bookkeeping
Analyze data, the dashboard, costs, and take required action.
Maintain a log of daily/weekly reports regarding each aspect of the operation
Targeting: set up monthly KPIs; manage and optimize performance;
Analyze RRs vs. KPI on a daily basis and take action to mitigate risks/issues of current performance;
Research: look for new business opportunities for Teremarkets to generate more revenue
