MT/Executive Operation -

• 1. Manage that smooth working of designated operations as per the standard operating procedure.
  2. Managing the turn-around time of assigned activities.
  3. Ensuring accuracy in operations and supporting documentation.
  4. Planning daily work and workforce management. Maintaining their efficiency report.
  5. Coordinating with the customer service team for fulfillment of specific client requirements.
  6. Maintaining departmental work procedures.
  7. Submit daily and monthly reports.

MT/Executive Administration -

• 1. Monitor and report the security, housekeeping and administrative functions of the warehouse facility.
  2. Vendor search and coordination for day to day services and material procurement.
  3. Manage front office area.
  4. Manage monthly employee engagement activities.

Required Candidate profile

1.A degree or course in operations and supply chain management added advantage.

2.Should possess convincing and logically reasoning ability.

3.Solution oriented approach.

4.Possess positive vibes and highly motivated.

5.Excellent written and verbal communication.

6.Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
