US-Based Clinical Research Organisation with a main-focus on Phase 1 Oncology & Cardiology studies is seeking a Mid-level Senior CRA to permanently join their team to help with exciting upcoming trials.

Carry out initiation, monitoring, qualification and closeout visits for research sites
Maintaining communication with site staff, including coordinators, clinical research physicians and developing effective relationships with PIs
Review of Regulatory documents
Medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory;
Reviewing and verifying AEs, SAEs, relevant medications and corresponding illnesses to confirm accurate data reporting in accordance with the protocol;
Assessing the clinical research sites recruitment of patients and retention success and offering suggestions for improvements

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelors degree; Health or life science related field preferred;
2 years work experience as a CRA;
A fundamental knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements
