As aFreelanceRecruiter, the incumbent will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and negotiation to post offer follow up. On a day to day basis this shall involve:
Sourcing resumes from Job sites, job groups and references.
Screening & Shortlisting candidates as per the job requirement.
Setting interviews, and following up till the candidates join.
