Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your main purpose in this role will be ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of service and that your are delivering on brand promise. Your time will be spend manaing exisiting accounts and well as actively pursuing new business.
Other responsibilities include:
· Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities
· Following up on quotes and closing sales opportunities
· Onboarding new clients and maintaining positive customer relationships
· Identifying additional service and product needs with existing customers
· Resolving any disputes in timely manner
· Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained
