Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior HelpDesk Specialist / Team Lead to work in our Kyiv office.
Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of operating systems, and appropriate software
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to operating systems, applications and hardware
- Access rights and permissions management
- Users/Objects management in Active Directory and Exchange
- Co-operating with suppliers and keeping IT stock in order
- Working with assets evidence and keeping it up to date
- Supervision of local IT HelpDesk queue and taking care of proper tickets processing according to existing procedures
- Handling of escalated tickets
- Coordination of local IT HelpDesk Team
We require:
- Wide technical knowledge especially MS Windows systems related allowing you to fluently support end users with their daily problems
- Basic knowledge about LANs and connectivity issues troubleshooting methods
- Knowledge about Active Directory service giving you fluency in managing user accounts and security groups.
- English: at least B2 (Common European Framework of Reference)
- Min. 5 Years of experience in IT department
