JOB SUMMARY
Operations manager is the person in charge of a specific project or projects within an
organization. They plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it’s already been approved.
The Operations manager will also be the bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project. They make sure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule. He/She should be be able to manage the office staff and work towards the goals and targets set by the company. He/She should be able to produce high quality reports to the management weekly and monthly. You should also be able to set KPI's for you team and manage the SLA and KPI's agreed with the clients.
The candidate should have a knowledge in managing all departments such as Operations, Tech Support, Account Management, Training, Sales and Projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of learning our system with minimal supervision. He or she should be extremely organized and have great time management and organisational skills.
