To help drive this growth we are looking for an experienced, commercially successful and entrepreneurial Conference Producer with 2+ years’ experience.

·£35,000 - £40,000 p.a. + uncapped profit share and International travel

The Candidate
You will have:
·2+ years’ experience producing and growing a portfolio of successful B2B conferences
·A structured approach to research, agenda development and speaker confirmation
·Excellent topic identification and agenda development skills
·A track record of identifying and securing market leading presenters
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Strong copy writing skills
·The ability to write clear, targeted sales and marketing briefs
·In depth knowledge of the industry sectors you have worked in
·A strong commercial approach with excellent business acumen
·Entrepreneurial drive
·A strong academic background (1st or 2.1 degree)
