We are currently recruiting for an Argyll & Bute area Maintenance Supervisor. The role holder will play a key part in delivering and developing Safe, Cost Effective Electrical and Mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance (M&E PPM) to all sites’ Infrastructure, Plant and Equipment in line with the Renewi’s Company values below
The successful Candidate will report directly to the Argyll & Bute Contract Director for all maintenance related activities effecting / supporting full delivery of Operational, SHEQ, Contractual and Budgetary targets and objectives within set Key Performance Measures (KPI’s) contributing towards meeting Renewi’s Business objectives.
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
- Always take ownership and actively promote a high standard SHEQ culture
- Lead by example by maintaining high standards of behaviour and technical excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with all Regulatory and Technical Standard requirements.
- Deliver on time, in full M&E PPM system adherence to schedule within KPI limits
- Ensure a PPM documentation and records are completed.
- Update PPM performance measures within KPI time scale agreed with Regional Maintenance Manager.
- Circulate / Communicate Maintenance Performance data within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with A&B Contract Director and Operations Team to ensure contract runs in compliance with internal and external safety / environmental / permit / planning processes and procedures.
- Liaise with A&B Operations Team and Regional Maintenance Manager to prioritise completion of actions identified through internal and external audits.
