Execute and Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
To check all bills, purchase invoices & vouchers.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual report
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Responsible for Income-tax planning, maintaining of books of accounts and preparation of Financial Statements with required schedules for the income-tax requisites
Responsible for periodic submission of VAT returns &TDS and of every aspects of VAT/TDS of the Group.
Ensure timely preparation of invoice payment/transfer advice to treasury function.
Ensure preparation of complete and accurate month- end closing schedules and KPI related to payables and accrual accounts (both balance sheet and profit and loss account).
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
